these days they would be too afraid of being sued for promoting unhealthy eating habits to include that song.

I'm not sure what prompted Gwen to think it was a good idea---
i'll chock it up to pregnancy hormones---
but she sampled THE LONELY GOATHERD from THE SOUND of F'n MUSIC.
The conversation in Gwen's recording studio must have gone something like this:
"Wow, Rich Girl did really well on the charts. How can we recreate the same success. I know! We'll sample another musical. Everyone loves the Sound of Music. Let's use the song with all the yodels in it! GENIUS"
yes! the song includes the yodels. how i wish i was kidding--

i highly recommend picking up a
Mead Composition Notebook
even if you don't keep a journal (i don't) there's something nice about just looking at it.
maybe it's because it makes me think of school supply shopping and all the hope you have for the new school year
how great all the supplies are until you draw all over or ruin them like i did.
or maybe it's nice to think they still make things the old fashioned way before we had to get all fancy and high tech with 5-Star 10 pocket 20 dollar notebook, 3-ring binder with a built in pencil pouch and dateplanner
or maybe it's because it's WIDE RULED...gives your words a place to breathe.
i think they also make great gifts. pick one up this week. i think you'll be glad you did.

i don't really like to eat jello (especially my aunt ida's jello mold)
maybe it's because jello makes me think of what they serve in hospital cafeterias
...but seriously, jello is an incredibly beautiful food(?)

Yes! it's the late night creepy infomercial of John Basedow. Is it just me or does he gets weirder and weirder looking with each new set of commercials?
and yet the quality of the commercials seems to to stay about the same rate of a style known as "i shot this and around my home"
Personally, i've always been partial to Ron Popeil for my infomercial/commercial viewing pleasure--
