nobody leaves this place with out singing the blues...

ok so clearly this is one of the greatest movies ever.
it's played a huge role in my formative years
it was the first time my sister and i heard the f-bomb in a movie
the first time i learned about zit cream and that it also can be used as paint
the first time i saw what a playboy looked like
and how i learned a valuable lesson to never venture out from the burbs with out any cash or you'll end up with a flat tire on the freeway and hijinks will ensue

i will not discuss that they remaking this movie with raven "that's so raven" simone (it hurts too much to talk about)
i will, however, bring up a few questions that have been bothering me for years:
1) WHY doesn't chris parker (elizabeth shue) take off that ugly coat and scarf the entire movie
2) WHY does chris parker (elizabeth shue) have the frizzy hair of a lame 40 year old woman?
3) WHAT happened to andrew shue? Is he living on a remote island off the coast of south america? Is he working at a starbucks in the valley?

fun fact the actor who plays the brother brad was in another little movie about babysitting called "don't tell mom the babysitters dead"
i only bring this up because 1 it contains the great movie line "dishes are done dude" and one of my all time crushes, josh charles
pardon me while i swoon.
