TomTom commercials...

has anyone seen these yet?
it's a guy and a girl in a car.
and the girl keeps asking the guy
"dougdoug do i make a left or a right?"
"dougdoug which way do i go"
you realize dougdoug or "doug" is the name of the dude in car with her (her boyfriend maybe?)
and it then the voiceover man says "remember, it's tomtom. not dougdoug"
i can't decide is this commercial is cute or annoying
